Why tea and kung-fu?

In Chinese the meaning of "kung-fu" is literally "high-skill."  There by it's accurate to say anything done with a high degree of talent is kung-fu, such as "kung-fu cooking" or "kung-fu dancing."

The name for Chinese tea ceremonies is "kung-fu tea" because it takes a much study to brew, pour and present the tea artfully.  Many chinese people will tell you there is no difference in tea and martial arts because they are both like legs of a stool, you can't remove one without falling off.  The stool itself would be Chinese culture.

To this end, I've also begun to appreciate there is no differnece, and often find that people who are interested in one will take an interest, even if only in passing, in the other.
